Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms were located beside the street, offering a unique view, and having their own plunge pool was a fantastic bonus. The dining at the restaurant was delightful, and having a bike to ride across the premises and see camels and oryx in their natural habitat was truly memorable.
My stay at the villa was truly luxurious and Middle Eastern in style, with spacious rooms and a lovely heated pool overlooking the desert. However, the room wasn't ready even after the check-in time.
My stay at the villa was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean, providing a nice escape from all the noise. However, I did notice ants and insects around the villa, which was a bit concerning. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main areas, and the pool area was generous. The dining experience had its highs with good quality options but also lows like dirty mugs for breakfast. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff, offering exceptional hospitality.
The Desert Villa with a private swimming pool and luxurious interior design is a fantastic retreat for those who enjoy a dip. However, the presence of hair and plastic bits around the villa and garden area detracted from the overall experience. The inclusion of free accommodation for children with adults was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, peaceful, and beautifully decorated; however, the service fell short with delayed responses and poor restaurant service. The location in the tranquil copper-colored sand of RAK was lovely, but cleanliness was lacking in some areas.
